Word for the Year

My word for the year 2012 is Live. I chose this because I felt at the time that I was merely existing. I didn't reach out to others but merely survived in my own little cocoon. I vowed that this year I would take the chance and live. Get out there and do something, make a difference, and enjoy life so much more in the process. Thus far, I can say I am enjoying the year immensely.
